4. Property Listings & Content

• Listings must comply with applicable laws, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines in India.

• Houzee reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any listing that is false, misleading, illegal, or inappropriate.

• By posting a listing, you grant Houzee a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

5. Broker/Agent Responsibilities

• Agents and brokers must comply with licensing and registration requirements under Indian law.

• Houzee does not verify broker licenses independently; users should conduct due diligence before engaging services.

• Houzee is not responsible for disputes between agents, sellers, and buyers.

6. Fees & Payments

• Some features or premium listings may require payment.

• Payment terms, subscription fees, and applicable charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in Houzee’s Refund Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Post inaccurate, fraudulent, or unauthorized property information.

• Use Houzee for illegal activities, including money laundering or property scams.

• Misuse personal information of other users.

• Interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

8. Verification & Due Diligence

• Houzee does not guarantee ownership, legality, or authenticity of listed properties.

• Buyers, tenants, and investors must verify property documents, ownership records, and legal compliance independently.

• Houzee is not responsible for disputes, fraud, or misrepresentations by users.

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, including text, logos, design, and technology, belongs to Houzee.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Houzee content without permission.

10. Third-Party Links

Houzee may feature third-party advertisements, financial services, or property advisors.

• These are provided for convenience only.

• Houzee is not responsible for third-party services, policies, or claims.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Houzee is an information and listing platform only.

• We do not provide guarantees on property ownership, pricing, quality, or completion.

• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Houzee shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of property transactions, fraudulent listings, or third-party interactions.

• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription or service fee paid by you in the last 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Houzee, its team, and affiliates against claims, disputes, or damages arising from:

• Misuse of the platform

• Posting false property information

• Violation of these Terms

14. Termination

• Houzee may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms.
